QuickQuote began with a problem that trade businesses face every day.
Important information gets lost between the job site, office and owner. QuickQuote was developed by Lukas Keßler, whose own background in the trades exposed these gaps in daily work.

The problem behind QuickQuote
The work is getting done. The workflow is what is missing.
Site visits are handed over incompletely because photos, measurements and notes are scattered across paper, WhatsApp chats, emails and individual memories. Hours go missing, completed jobs remain open and invoices are raised too late.
Even after an invoice has been sent, the process often ends too soon. Nobody can reliably see whether it has been checked, paid or followed up. Everyone is busy, yet the tasks that matter most to the business remain unfinished.
QuickQuote was therefore not developed as another accounting package or as a replacement for existing ERP systems. It was created to connect the operational workflow from enquiry and site visit through quote, approval and delivery to invoice and payment.

A separate display link puts the read-only weekly plan on a screen, so the field team can see what is happening today and what comes next.
QuickQuote can create its own documents or work alongside an existing ERP. A new tool should not have to displace everything that already works.
