QuickQuote

The digital 360° workflow for trades

From site visit to invoice. In one system.

QuickQuote connects technical capture, quote approval, installer execution and invoice prep in one clean process. Everyone sees the next step, the boss only steps in at the right checkpoints, and the team works without paper, WhatsApp or status chaos.

Four roles. One process. Less chasing.

Every trade business follows the same lifecycle: intake, site visit, quote, approval, execution and invoice. Without clear handovers, information gets lost between office and job site. QuickQuote keeps the full project flow together in one system, running alongside your ERP.

Intake to invoice in one system Everything from the first inquiry through quote, execution to final approval stays traceable on one project.
Installer flow instead of media breaks After approval the job is scheduled, assigned and material + time are logged on site.
Boss only where it matters The owner steps in for quote and invoice approvals, not for every small question in the daily work.

Step 1 Intake

Create inquiry & project

New inquiries are captured centrally and prepared cleanly for site visit and quote.

Step 2 Field Tech

Technical capture at the customer

Photos, measurements, notes and special conditions are recorded mobile, directly on site.

Step 3 Office

Prepare the quote

The office calculates from the site visit data and creates the quote draft for the boss.

Step 4 Boss Approval

Approve quote internally

Before it goes out, the owner checks quality, margin and approval with one click.

Step 5 Customer

Customer accepts or declines

The response lands directly in the project and automatically triggers the next step.

Step 6 Installer

Schedule execution

After approval the job is scheduled and assigned to the right installer.

Step 7 Job Site

Log material & hours live

The installer documents consumption, time and progress directly on the job site.

Step 8 Office

Invoice prep from actual data

Quote data and real resource usage merge cleanly into a billing basis.

Step 9 Boss

Final invoice approval

The finished invoice gets one more internal check before it goes out.

Step 10 Archive

Close project & keep traceable

After invoicing and payment, everything stays available for maintenance, warranty and follow-up.

What trade businesses want to know before the first login.

Short, honest answers. No marketing fluff.

How much onboarding does my team need?

Not much. The workflow follows what happens in the business anyway: inquiry, site visit, quote, job, invoice. Anyone who has used an app before is productive after 15 minutes. A guided initial setup is included anyway.

Does QuickQuote replace my ERP or my accounting tool?

No. QuickQuote runs alongside your ERP. It structures the operational path from inquiry to invoice preparation. The actual billing, accounting and payroll stay where they already run today.

What about data protection and GDPR?

Data is stored in the EU, transmitted SSL-encrypted, and only shared with recipients you explicitly approve. Payment processing runs through Stripe. There is a data processing agreement (DPA) you can sign in self-service.

How do I cancel if it doesn't fit?

Through your account area. Since billing runs through Stripe (Apple doesn't allow direct cancellation from iOS apps), you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe link where you can cancel with one click. No minimum term, you cancel at the end of the current month. You can export your project data beforehand.

Does it also work without internet on the job site?

The mobile apps buffer captures locally when the network is gone and sync on the next signal. For most site visits and jobs, that's practical, especially in basements, boiler rooms or new builds.

How quickly can I start?

Create workspace, owner login, invite first staff, go. A demo runs directly in the browser without an account. If you decide to move forward, you're in real operation the same day.

What happens to my data if I switch later?

All project data can be exported, and PDFs of quotes and invoices are already with you and in your ERP. QuickQuote is a tool, not a hostage.

I'm a solo master craftsman. Is it worth it at all?

If you juggle between job site, quote and phone and lose more jobs than you'd like: yes. The workflow doesn't force anything on you, it relieves the points where today you write over, forget or react too late.

Ready to start?

Look first. Decide later.

No onboarding call, no long setup. Open the demo and see in 3 minutes whether QuickQuote fits your business.
