How the price is built
Broader permissions cost more. The features stay included.
A role controls what a team member can see and change. It does not unlock a paid module. You can assign either of the two included team seats to whichever team role fits your workflow.
Owner
Manages the company, team and subscription and has Boss and approval permissions. This login is always included and does not use a team seat.
Boss, Office or Field Tech
These roles use the broader office, planning, project and approval views. Each additional standard seat costs €29 per month.
Installer
Sees assigned jobs and records hours, photos, materials and delivery notes on site. An extra Installer-only seat costs €19 because its access is narrower.
Change the role, not the module:
You can widen or narrow a team member’s permissions at any time. Downgrading someone to Installer removes office and approval areas from their view. The base price stays the same; only extra seats you actually purchase change the monthly total.

Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Your subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled anytime through your profile in the app. Since billing runs through Stripe, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe link where you can cancel with one click. No minimum term, no notice period.
What payment methods are available?
We use Stripe as our payment provider. You can pay by credit card, SEPA direct debit, Amazon Pay or Klarna. Your access is activated right after purchase.
Can I add staff later?
Yes, anytime. The base licence already includes two flexible team seats. You only add a paid seat from the third team member: Boss, Office or Field Tech for €29/month, or an Installer-only seat for €19/month. Features are never billed separately.

The €89 is not for one person: the base plan includes you as Owner with Boss and approval permissions plus 2 flexible team licences. Those seats can be assigned as Boss, Office, Field Tech or Installer. Additional standard seats cost €29/month/seat and Installer-only seats €19/month/seat.
Do I have to buy features or modules separately?
No. Site documentation, job scheduling, hours, leave and sick notes, quote and invoice drafts, PDFs, approvals, dispatch and payment status, and the wall display are included in the base package. The price only rises when you invite more than two team members.
