Common questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Your subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled anytime through your profile in the app. Since billing runs through Stripe, you'll be redirected to a secure Stripe link where you can cancel with one click. No minimum term, no notice period.

What payment methods are available?

We use Stripe as our payment provider. You can pay by credit card, SEPA direct debit or invoice.

Can I add staff later?

Yes, anytime. Additional Office/Field Tech licenses cost €29/month, Installer licenses €19/month and are billed automatically through Stripe.

Is there a free trial?

Do I need an app?

QuickQuote works entirely in the browser. For site visits and installer jobs we recommend using it on a tablet or smartphone.

How many staff can I invite?

The base plan includes you as Owner plus 2 staff. Additional Office/Field Tech seats cost €29/month/seat, additional Installer seats €19/month/seat.
