What does QuickQuote cost for your company?
Enter how many people work in the office and on site. You see your monthly price straight away. If you want, you also work out what paper and Excel cost you in time today, and you compare that with what you pay now.

Common questions
What does QuickQuote cost?
The planner is free for up to ten people including the owner. QuickQuote Pro costs 89 euros net a month for the owner, two team licences and up to ten installers. Further office, boss or technician seats cost 29 euros, and from the eleventh installer 19 euros per seat.
What is in the free planner?
Week plan, time tracking with the time clock, timesheet as a PDF with signature, vacation request, sick note, vacation account and calendar subscription. Photos, delivery notes and PDFs come with the storage package for 19 euros net a month.
How long am I bound?
Not at all. Pro can be cancelled monthly and has no minimum term.
Where do the time figures come from?
From you. We do not set values and we do not quote averages.
Why do you not name other providers?
Because features and contracts differ. Enter your own amount, then you compare it with what you really pay.
Does QuickQuote work without a network?
In the app: record hours and photos even without a network, they are sent on once there is reception again (app for iPhone and Android). It does not work in the browser, and the chat needs a network. (Source: development, code review, 25.10.2026, not tested in daily use)
Can I read in wholesaler catalogues (DATANORM)?
Yes, in Pro. Upload DATANORM files yourself (Pro): the owner, the boss and office upload *.001, *.loe, DATPREIS, *.rab or ZIP into the material master; installers search for material without prices. In the free planner you record material by hand. An import from CSV or Excel is not possible. (Source: development, recheck 25.10.2026)
What is still missing today?
Direct DATEV payroll exports and the upload of pure XML files such as XRechnung are not released yet (data and obligations, 25.10.2026).
Who is QuickQuote for?
Only for businesses in the sense of section 14 of the German Civil Code.
