- Cancel it yourself: In the customer portal or by email to support@quickquote.tech.
- No surprise on the price: We announce price changes at least four weeks ahead by email. If the new price does not suit you, you cancel at the end of the month.
- Cancelling does not mean deleting: Cancellation does not delete your company. Save the PDFs and photos you need before a change, because the export does not contain files today.

Common questions
How long am I bound to QuickQuote?
Not at all. The free planner has no subscription. Pro can be cancelled monthly and has no minimum term.
How do I cancel?
Sign in at the customer portal with your app login. You are taken to the customer portal of our payment provider Stripe and cancel there yourself. Or send an email to support@quickquote.tech.
When does my subscription end after cancellation?
At the end of the current billing month. Until then you keep using Pro. Months already paid are not refunded pro rata.
Can the price change?
Yes, but never without warning. We announce price changes at least four weeks ahead by email. If you do not agree, you can cancel at the end of the billing month.
What happens to my data after cancellation?
Cancellation does not delete your company. Automatic deletion because of inactivity is not set up at present. As the owner you export company data as a ZIP with JSON and CSV files. PDFs, photos and attachments are not included, so you save those separately beforehand.
Is there a trial that turns into a subscription?
No. The planner is free and needs no payment details. You book Pro only if you order it expressly.
Which payment methods are there?
Card, SEPA direct debit, Amazon Pay or Klarna via Stripe. Bank transfer and PayPal are not possible.
